Line heating process parameter forecasting method based on optimization concept

چکیده

In ship construction, line heating is a necessary process for forming plates with complex curvature. The determination of parameters has significant impact on the accuracy and efficiency shipbuilding. However, previous studies this subject only stay at level predicting deformation, which not meet actual processing production requirements. paper, new idea forecasting proposed. Firstly, an Radial Basis Function (RBF) proxy model between deformation was constructed based experimental data, then reliability verified. optimization objective set as minimum difference final target deformation. Meanwhile, improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) method employed to search optimal-set non-dominated solutions. performance optimized parameter ranked by using Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), combination ranking first selected result. results showed that predicted have some reference practical engineering.
